25th HR was founded in 2017 from an aha! moment of realization of the infinite possibilities that can come from scaling big corporate HR expertise and best practices to meet the custom needs of small & midsize businesses and their employees.
After nearly a decade of a foundational whirlwind of HR experiences at a Fortune 50 organization, I found myself as an HR-Party-of-One in the totally new-to-me world of a small, privately-owned construction business.
I had lost access to huge corporate licensing and didn’t have daily meetings with the brilliant cross-functional expert peers of my past, but I had also gained a new vantage point on HR theories and practice. One with less rigidity (and a lot less red tape) and - most importantly, one where I had endless possibilities to make direct organizational impact through industry-focused and people-centric HR solutions.
At that moment a lightbulb turned on (and surely an HR consultant angel somewhere finally got its wings)… and here we are!
